About Me
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist. I am also a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist accredited by the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapists (BABCP), an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and an accredited EMDR Europe Practitioner and member of the EMDR UK Association.
I qualified in 2013 from the University of East London. I have been in private practice since October 2022 but have also continued to work as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and service lead within the NHS and the charity sector, as well as lecturing at local Universities.
I have extensive experience working psychologically with individuals who have experienced trauma and life-changing injuries. My work focuses on understanding the emotional and cognitive impact of these events and supporting people as they process, adapt, and rebuild their sense of safety, identity, and wellbeing.
I am experienced in supporting other psychologists and psychological therapists in their professional and personal development. I understand the unique pressures of therapeutic work and offer a reflective, compassionate space to explore clinical challenges, burnout, ethical dilemmas, and growth. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to the needs of clinicians at all stages of their careers.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and grounded in evidence-based therapies. I aim to create a calm, supportive space where you can explore challenges at your own pace.
